Order delivery information

In order for us to deliver and for you to receive your order (e.g. pizza or other food / beverages from our range), we need to know the details of the delivery information (customer's name, address, telephone number). We will send you information confirming the delivery and the telephone number you have provided. Without this data, the order cannot be delivered.

Direct marketing

If you have agreed to receive news and offers about Hot pizza products, Hot pizza will send you information to the e-mail or telephone number you provided. If we introduce additional benefits or offers by asking you to provide additional personal data or by using the data already provided for other purposes, we will provide you with relevant information about the processing of personal data, requesting personal data or introducing new data processing purposes.


We process your personal data to administer lotteries if you have expressed a wish to participate. We also process your personal data in order to identify and announce the winner, identify you by awarding lottery prizes, as well as to include your name and surname in the list of lottery winners.

In order to participate in the lottery, we must process your personal data in order to determine the winner of the lottery. When receiving the prize, we ask the winner of the lottery to present a personal identification document, which allows identifying the winner of the lottery; otherwise, we will not be able to issue the prize.

Refund information

If you chose a payment card payment method when ordering or if you make a payment using the bank's Internet banking services, you will be directed to the payment systems serving the respective bank. We do not collect or store your payment card details. However, if the delivery order is cancelled after payment, we will deduct the money received to your card account. After making a payment, we will retain the payment information and thus your data in connection with that payment for accounting purposes only.
